Message from Dr. Simmardeep Singh Gill
“I believe that the scenario in the Healthcare Industry is always changing. The wave of change that the Healthcare Industry is presently riding is unique and different. In the past, changes have been driven by science, innovation and technology whereas today’s changes are based primarily on economic factors. Healthcare providers today need to be adept at delivering the best care at an affordable cost. However, I am optimistic about the future of the Healthcare Industry in India. The good news is we can do it! Healthcare professionals are the smartest, most innovative and conscientious people on earth. They are seizing the opportunity to change the old, costly ways of doing things and launching new approaches to patient care — ideas that may or may not work, but which most certainly need to be tried and evaluated. I feel the medical fraternity is driven by the common objective of improving the quality of life for every individual who walks through the door. According to me, and rightly so, there is no greater gift than that of good health.
Turning to the work being done at CK Birla Hospitals, we would say, in Eastern India, we are the destination for ‘Patient care with the best of clinical excellence’. We strongly believe that innovation and the adoption of new technologies are the touchstones of the advancement of the healthcare industry. These initiatives have enabled us to save countless patients and to maintain our focus on providing continuous quality healthcare.”
