How it Works?
Step 1:
Register & Pay
Register
yourself by entering your mobile number and OTP, followed by patient details.
You will be then re-directed to pay the applicable processing fee. After
clicking the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button, you can make the necessary payment
and then proceed.
Step 2: Submit Patient’s Details
and Medical Reports
In the next
page, it is important to fill all patient-related information like cancer type,
stage, symptoms, allergies, upload medical reports and submit your queries for
NH cancer specialists to answer. Examples of reports to be uploaded that will
help us process your case:
Radiology reports such as CT scans, PET-CT, X-Rays,
Ultrasound etc.
Biopsy reports confirming a cancer diagnosis,
including Receptor tests, Immunohistochemistry, Cytogenetics, Karyotyping,
Gene mutation analysis, etc.
Lab reports Complete Blood Count (CBC),
Biochemistry (RFT), Liver Function Test (LFT), Echo, ECG etc.
Clinical and post treatment notes from your physician or
oncologist like prescriptions, operation notes, chemotherapy, radiation
therapy etc.
Planned treatments like your current surgery plan,
chemotherapy protocol, radiation therapy (type and site) etc.

Step 3: Review by Expert
Oncologists
Once your
reports are received, Narayana Health uses its in-house developed system to
quickly and closely match your case with a Cancer Specialists to provide
treatment recommendations, respond to your questions, and suggest further
diagnostic tests or clinical examinations. Our team member will reach out to
you if any clarifications or reports are required to be uploaded.
Step 4: Receive your Expert
Opinion
You will
receive an SMS when the Expert Opinion report is uploaded to the tool. You can
login and download the document. Your Expert Opinion report will include
personalized treatment recommendations, answers to your questions, and further
diagnostic testing or clinical examination recommendations. This report is
written in simple language you can understand, so that you can be informed when
discussing treatment with your oncologist.
