1. Description of Welcome Plan

• Welcome plan is Free of cost.
• Welcome plan is valid till lifetime*. Lifetime means till KayaWell portal is live.
• You will be visible in KayaWell search results and also Google and other search engine search results.
• If you allow, customers can take appointment to take your services.
• You can make entries or manage your daily customers using KayaWell Portal.
• You can schedule next visit of your customer. Customer will get notified about this via SMS/E-Mail. (Not Available in Welcome Plan)
• You will get 325 SMS. First Month 50 SMS (25 SMS for testing/demo purpose), After it every month 25 SMS. If SMS credit finishes, you can buy Add-on plans to refill your credits.
• You will get 1500 Email/Year. If email credit finishes, you can buy Add-on plans to refill your credits.
• You can create 10 Wellness plans per year. If Wellness plan credit finishes, you can buy Add-on plans to refill your credits.
• Advertisement plan is not included in welcome plan. You can take advertisement separately. (Advertisement is Not Available in Welcome Plan)
• You can create unlimited Health-tips. Health-tips make your profile rich.
• You can create 2 Events/Year. If Event credit finish, you can buy Add-on plans to refill your credits.
• Community is a group where only expert can share their thoughts among experts, related to subject. (Not Available in Welcome Plan)
• As an Expert, you can create unlimited Forum.
• You can use social media for sharing your profile, health-tips, events etc. for unlimited time.
• You can do all your Execution through App. (Not Available in this Plan)

2. Description of Silver Plan

• Price for sliver plan is INR 2400 + GST annually.
• Silver plan is valid till 365 days. After 365 days you need to renew it. If you do not renew it, plan will be degraded to Free plan.
• You will be visible in KayaWell search results and also on Google and other search engine search results.
• If you allow, customers can take appointment to take your services.
• You can make entries or manage your daily customers using KayaWell Portal.
• You can schedule next visit of your customer. Customer will get notified about this via SMS/E-Mail.
• You will get 7000 SMS/Year. If SMS credit finishes, you can buy Add-on plans to refill your credits.
• You will get 6000 Email/Year. If email credit finishes, you can buy Add-on plans to refill your credits.
• You can create 25 Wellness plans per year. If Wellness plans credit finishes, you can buy Add-on plans to refill your credits.
• Advertisement plan is not included in Silver Plan. You can take advertisement separately. (Advertisement Not Available in Silver Plan)
• You can create unlimited Health-tips. Health-tips make your profile rich.
• You can create 5 Events/Year. If Events credit finishes, you can buy Add-on plans to refill your credits.
• You can create 5 communities/Year. Community is a group where only experts can share their thoughts among experts, related to subject.
• You can create unlimited Forum.

3. Description of Gold Plan

• Price for Gold plan is INR 7000 + GST annually.
• Gold plan is valid till 365 days. After 365 days, you need to renew it. If you do not renew it, plan will be degraded to Free plan.

• If you allow, customers can take appointment to take your services.

• Advertisement at Main Home page (first come first serve) for 3 months.
• You can create unlimited Health-tips. Health-tips make your profile rich.
• You can create unlimited Events/Year.
• You can create 10 communities/Year.
• You can create unlimited Forum.
• You can use social media for sharing your profile, health-tips, events etc. unlimited time.
• You can do all your Execution through App.

4. Add-on Plan - Micro SMS Pack

• Price Rs. 150 only. (Rs. 200 for Free Plan subscribers)
• You will get 500 promotional SMS.
• You will get 900 Promotional Emails.
• You will get 3 Wellness Plans.
• You will get 2 Events.
• All credits will be added in your existing credits.

5. Add-on Plan - Mini SMS Pack

• Price Rs. 550 only. (Rs. 599 for Free Plan subscribers)
• You will get 2000 promotional SMS.
• You will get 3000 Promotional Emails.
• You will get 6 Wellness Plans.
• You will get 4 Events.
• All credits will be added in your existing credits.

6. Add-on Plan - Bulk SMS Pack

• Price Rs. 1999 only. (Rs. 2199 for Free Plan subscribers)
• You will get 6500 promotional SMS.
• You will get 8000 Promotional Emails.
• You will get 10 Wellness Plans.
• You will get 7 Events.
• All credits will be added in your existing credits.

7. Can I switch between plans?

Yes, absolutely! Once you select a plan, you can switch to another plan at any time. The new Plan will be effective at the end of the current plan in effect. Please note, due to the significant discount, annual plans can only be switched at the end of the annual term to another plan.

8. Are all the platform features available in different plans?

Yes! We want to keep things simple, so you get all the platform features regardless of your plan.
